Sugar or Curry

Making Roti Canai
Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
Ghee and water are mixed together. Then, the dough is neaded till its smooth.
Leave it for about two to three hours to soften the dough.
Small balls are made from the dough.
Put ghee on the wok and work each ball into a very thin sheet.
Flatten it with your palm and pull the edges.
Sprinkle dough sheet with 1 teaspoon of ghee, shape it into a square or circle
Sprinkle flour and roll out slightly
Heat the pan and grease it with ghee.
Put the uncooked roti canai when it's hot. Cook for about three minutes until the color looks golden brown.
It's ready now.

So it's easy isn't it? You can eat roti canai with curry or sugar or both. It all depends on your creativity.
Usually roti canai is eaten along with teh tarik in malaysia.

However, if you are a health conscious person, you should take a little note about having roti canai and teh tarik. Take it once a while and you are okay. Since it is high in carbohydrate, it can cause breakdown of carbohydate into sugar and released into your bloodstream. Do not take it too often if you are diabetic.
