Satay Kajang Selangor
Satay kajang is the most famous satay in malaysia.
Look, it's even featured in 8tv, malaysian tv national channel.
There are many different types of satay available for example satay made of rabbit, ostrich, beef, chicken and many more.
Kajang satays are delicious. They are made in high volume of quantities to satisfy all of their increasing number of customers.
You have to try it to believe it.
Although satay kajang selangor is quite famous, there are also many other satay outlets in malaysia. It's very popular amongst malaysians and people all over around the world.
It's made by using meat which are put into sticks and barbequed with santan (coconut). It's eaten with kacang (peanuts) that is the "sauce"
One of my favorites indeed. What about you?

Nasi Goreng
Since you might be new to my blog, let me introduce nasi goreng to you.
In case you have not heard, nasi goreng is actually fried rice in Malay and in Indonesian.
Usually it is served with eggs and other ingredients.
There are many types of Nasi Goreng.
For instance, Plain Nasi Goreng. Nasi means rice and usually it is made using overnight rice. Preferably 2-3 days but 1 day is also enough.
Leftover rice are used because it is easier to be fried and it can also save overleft rice that are not finished. In other words, you wont waste the rice or throw it away.
Special Nasi Goreng is usually accompanied with egg, chicken, satay, some vegetables, keropok or crackers. Most of the time, egg will present.
